A freelance trainer & coach, Clare has held a variety of different leadership positions including being part of a Senior Leadership Team in a large, multi-sited college with 500 staff, £28m turnover and around 12,000 students.

She is passionate about good leadership and the benefits of coaching. Clare is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Society for Education & Training and Henley Centre for Coaching.

As well as delivering leadership training and coaching leaders and managers she is a freelance Project Manager and skilled in bid writing. With strong communication and research skills, Clare enjoys supporting leaders and managers to empower their teams through emotionally intelligent leadership.
